Mandy was a prostitute who was trafficked by the Russian Mafia under Vladimir Pushkin. After giving information to Robert McCall about Pushkin's criminal operations, she was murdered by Nicolai Itchenko.

Life of Prostitution[]
Born in 1992, Mandy was trafficked from Russia and forced to live a life of prostitution by the Russian Mafia under Russian oligarch Vladimir Pushkin. During this time, she fell under the control of Slavi, who abused and intimidated the girls under him. Much to her horror, she witnessed Slavi burn one girl's face with battery acid to scare her and the other girls into submission. She also befriended a younger prostitute named Alina.
Meeting McCall[]
After Slavi beat Alina, Mandy visited her at the hospital. There she met Robert McCall, who had also visited Alina out of concern. Mandy reluctantly explained to McCall that Slavi was the one who beat Alina and that she, Alina, and many other girls were forced into prostitution.
After McCall murdered Slavi and his men, Nicolai Itchenko was sent to Boston to investigate, as the homicides caused severe disruption to Pushkin's operations and funding. After Nicolai believed that Slavi's death may have had ties to Slavi's sex trafficking operation, Mandy was questioned by Nicolai about Slavi and if she knew anything about Alina, to which Mandy lied that she didn't, for the safety of Alina and out of fear of what Nicolai would do to her.
Untimely End[]
Later, Mandy was visited by Nicolai at her home, who discovered that she lied about her visit with McCall and her friendship with Alina. Mandy relented that she had been visited by McCall and had told him everything that happened to Alina. Angered by Mandy's deceit, Nicolai strangled her to death.
