Tevi was a pimp of the Russian Mafia and a member of a criminal network led by Russian oligarch Vladimir Pushkin.
History[]

Tevi being stabbed in the chin
Tevi was sent by Slavi to collect money from a man named Dmitri. It is unknown if Tevi killed Dmitri or if Dmitri just gave the money. He and a few Russian thugs were drinking and Slavi asks if Tevi collected from Dmitri. Then Tevi gave Slavi the money before getting a drink. Soon after, Robert McCall enters the bar where the thugs are. Robert then tries to buy a few girls' freedom, but Slavi arrogantly declines the offer. As Robert kills the other thugs rapidly (Including Slavi), Tevi grabs a glass bottle and tries to fight Robert. Robert stabs Tevi in the arm and stomach then kills Tevi by stabbing him in the chin with a corkscrew.
Legacy[]
Tevi's death prompted Pushkin to send his enforcer, Nicolai Itchenko, to investigate and also find the culprit responsible. McCall's friend, Susan Plummer also stated that Tevi's death had caused a major blow to Pushkin's operations.
